Most products are delivered instantly. The moment your payment clears, the item appears in your order history under My orders. A few hand-prepared services are marked as manual delivery and are usually done within a few hours.

Availability is checked before listing, but names can be claimed by someone else at any moment. If a name is gone by the time you buy it, open a ticket and we'll replace it or refund you.
