You need an account to buy from us, because every delivered item is stored against it. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity under your account.

One person, one account. Accounts created to abuse discount codes or warranty claims may be closed.

We sell digital goods and digital services. Descriptions, stock counts and prices are shown on each product page and can change at any time before you order.

If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Payments are processed by our payment provider on an encrypted checkout page. We never receive or store your card details.

Your order is created when checkout starts and confirmed once payment clears. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.

Instant products are delivered to your order history immediately after payment. Manually prepared products show a manual status and are completed as fast as our team can.

It's your responsibility to secure what you buy — change passwords and recovery details on any account product right away.

Faulty items are replaced or refunded when reported within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number.

Do not resell, share or use our products for fraud, harassment, or anything illegal. We may refuse service and close accounts that do.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms changing their own rules or terminating accounts.

We may update these terms as the shop evolves. The version shown here always applies to new orders.
